Security
Last updated: February 23, 2026
CollabCord is built to keep creator business data private and protected. This page summarizes our current security practices in plain language.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest in our managed database infrastructure.
Authentication
Accounts use secure authentication flows with password hashing and token-based sessions.
Infrastructure
Production data is hosted on managed cloud services with backups, monitoring, and restricted environment access.
Access Controls
Internal access follows least-privilege principles. We do not sell your data or grant third-party access for advertising.
Privacy at a glance
- You control the deal, client, and invoice data you add to CollabCord.
- We use essential service providers for hosting, authentication, and email delivery.
- You can request account deletion and data removal by contacting support.
Report a security issue
If you believe you found a vulnerability, email details to hello@collabcord.com and include steps to reproduce when possible.
